Built on Three Decades of Industrial Expertise

Founded in 1993, Ironside Pumps is a specialist manufacturer of high-precision pump components and industrial moulds with its own manufacturing base in northern China. We serve mining, pump, and heavy equipment industries worldwide.

Our 10,000 sqm facility runs more than 20 CNC machine tools, most of them heavy-duty and rated for cast steel. Large-format gantry mills reach 4m × 6m of travel, alongside a recently added heavy-duty CNC horizontal machining centre. Industrial 3D printing supports reinforced polypropylene tooling for rapid iterations, and 3D scanning lets us rebuild parts that have no surviving drawings. Every part we supply combines decades of accumulated knowledge with modern precision engineering.

From initial design and reverse engineering to rapid prototyping and after-sales technical support — we provide end-to-end mould solutions that meet the demands of the most challenging applications.

Large-Format Precision

Heavy-duty gantry mills with 4m × 6m of travel, rated for cast steel, handle oversized moulds and components for heavy-industry applications. Workpieces up to 30 t, served by a 35 t crane.

Since 1993, we have accumulated deep expertise in slurry pump moulds, wear part tooling, and rubber/PU forming — knowledge that cannot be replicated quickly.

3D Scanning & Reverse Engineering

No drawings? We 3D-scan the part — either on site at your plant or from a sample shipped to us — then rebuild the CAD model and produce tooling or finished components from it. Common for legacy pumps where the original drawings are long gone.

We work with overseas mining and equipment companies directly. Experienced in international communication, flexible on MOQ, reliable on lead times.
