Inquiry & Drawing Review

We start by understanding your requirements. Submit drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP, DXF), physical samples, or even hand sketches. Our engineers review tolerances, material selection, and production feasibility within 24 hours.

  • No drawing? We 3D-scan the part — on site at your plant, or shipped to us — and rebuild the model

CAD Design & Simulation

Approved designs move to detailed CAD modeling. We generate 3D models, flow simulation for casting geometries where applicable, and machining toolpaths. You receive drawings for approval before any metal is cut.

Material Selection & Procurement

We select the optimal material grade for your application — whether it's 45# steel for PU mould frames, P20 for high-volume rubber moulds, or Hi-Chrome white iron for wear-resistant castings. Material certificates and inspection reports are provided where applicable.

CNC Programming & Machining

Toolpaths are programmed and verified before cutting. Our 20+ CNC machine tools — most heavy-duty and suitable for cast steel, including large-format gantry machining to 4m × 6m travel and a heavy-duty CNC horizontal machining centre — handle everything from small precision inserts to oversized pump body moulds.

Assembly, Fit-Up & Dimensional Check

Machined components are assembled and fitted up, then measured against drawing. Casting tooling is dimensionally inspected before delivery; where we supply finished parts, castings are inspected on receipt and again after machining. Adjustments are made before final finishing.

  • Fit-up and spotting for multi-part moulds
  • In-house polishing and surface finishing; heat treatment and coating arranged where required

Final Inspection & Delivery

Every mould undergoes final dimensional inspection, surface quality check, and documentation review. Dimensional reports are provided where required. We package for export and provide full drawings, material certificates, and inspection reports.
